ACM for Professionals
Asset Managers
ACM offers a powerful and fully-customizable dealing platform for professional asset managers. The Allocate Platform grants the institution or trader the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. The allocate platform can be configured in 2 ways:
PAMM - Percent Allocation Management Module
A PAMM system allows a trader or asset manager to trade a group of accounts as a single account. The profits and losses are then allocated to each sub-account based on each account’s share of the total pool.
Example 1
A PAMM consists of 4 accounts: 2 accounts of $25,000 and 2 accounts of $50,000.
The asset manager has $150,000 in trading capital at his/her disposal.
After placing a trade, the asset manager has made a profit of 1,500.
The 2 accounts with $50,000 each receive $500. The $25,000 accounts each receive $250.
LAMM - Lot Allocation Management Module
A LAMM system gives the asset manager the freedom to trade each account individually or group the accounts in separate pools. Professional asset managers may choose to offer a series of funds based on potential returns and risk. Therefore, one could setup multiple funds within a single ACM LAMM. Each sub-group will then function as a PAMM, allocating profits and losses based on the sub-accounts percentage of their particular pool.
Example 2
A LAMM consists of 15 accounts across 3 separate funds:
Fund X - 5 accounts for clients with low-risk appetite
Fund Y - 5 accounts for clients with medium-risk appetite
Fund Z - 5 accounts for clients with a high-risk appetite
The asset manager can manage all 3 funds simultaneously. He/She may choose to employ:
A carry- trade strategy for the low-risk fund using minimal leverage;
A trading strategy on major pairs for the medium-risk fund using leverage sparingly;
An active trading system using maximum leverage for the high-risk fund
MetaTrader 4
ACM offers managed account capabilities for asset managers acclimated to MetaTrader 4. Unlike other brokerages, ACM can configure, upon request, MT4’s Multi-Terminal to employ any EA (Expert Advisor) under a PAMM setting.
White Labels
ACM provides a wide variety of online trading services to market participants around the globe. White label services allow entrepreneurs around the globe to provide trading services to their own customers/markets using ACM’s technology.
The term "white label" refers to a business owner receiving all of ACM’s software with “white” spots where ACM’s branding normally resides. The entrepreneur will then replace ACM’s logo, name and branding with that of their own company. He/She may then offer ACM’s online trading services and technology as their own. Various banks, trading companies and capitalists around the world offer ACM’s services under their own corporate name and in their own particular markets
